At Pelsbarn, we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unworn condition.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
